The 2024 Presidential election will have far-reaching impact no matter the outcome. With intense debate and polarization of perspectives, the rematch of the 2020 election proves to be impactful for our country, higher education, health care and oral health education. In this session, we will hear perspectives from political scientists, higher education advocates and oral health educators to inform our thinking about the outcomes of the election and anticipate the short- and longer-term impacts on success within institutions and programs.
